6304 - Production Superintendent
Our Client operates the largest underground mine in Australia and is one of the leading producers of lead, silver and zinc in the world.
They are looking for a Production Superintendent with a background in crushing and filtration to join their production team on a residential basis; experience in Heavy Media Separation will be well regarded.
Reporting to the Concentrator Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the operations crew with the aim of maintaining and improving performance in terms of safety, production, training and cost control.
This position requires either tertiary qualified or suitably industry experienced candidates with strong technical skills, a practical “hands on” approach and a real desire to achieve production and commercial improvements. You must have excellent "man-management and people skills" to be considered for this role.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated to attract quality candidates and recognise the experience and skills the individual brings to the role.
